Developed skills
The “Mechatronics” technological competition aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of secondary school students in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) fields. Learning mechatronics is essential for contributing to the development of automation, robotics, and intelligent systems through the use of modern technologies. This field integrates engineering, electronics, and programming, enabling the creation of innovative solutions for both industry and everyday life.
The goal of this category is to help students develop the following skills:
3D modeling and the use of digital technologies
Building electronic systems and identifying components related to electronics
Designing and assembling both moving and stationary mechanical parts
Understanding how to prepare parts on a 3D printer according to specific design objectives
Coding and executing projects on programmable platforms
Learning about wirelessly controlled mechanisms
Developing projects using the Thinkercad software
Interdisciplinary Development
Physics – mechanics, gravitational resistance, laws of motion, friction, and principles of engine operation
Mathematics – measurements, distance-time-motion relationships, calculations in coordinate systems
Computer Science – control algorithms and sensor data processing
Technology – design, assembly, materials science, and application of energy sources
