“The Imagination to Reality” competition is for students aged 13-15, focused on using CNC laser technology for engineering. Participants will create functional models using CAD software and laser cutting technology to develop precise and creative designs.

Mathematics – Measurement, scaling, geometric figures, area and volume, symmetry; applied mathematics skills, calculations based on dimensions and scales in the design process
Physics – Laser light propagation, energy conversion, physical properties of materials, structural stability; analysis of energy transfer, thermal effects, and durability issues
Computer Science – CAD/CAM software, file management, application of digital interfaces; working with technological tools, decision-making through interfaces, and managing digital processes
Technology – Manufacturing stages, functional model preparation; problem analysis, prototyping, testing, and the application of improvement methods

Azerbaijani language – Technical writing, oral presentation, use of technical terminology; development of analytical writing and speech, and visual presentation skills
