FPV Drone Racing category is one of the technological competitions that provides students and young people with the opportunity to both demonstrate and enhance their knowledge and skills in the field of unmanned aerial systems. In this category, participants design FPV drones according to specific rules and operate them in real-time, utilizing engineering mindset, electronics knowledge, and flight control skills.

During the competition, pilots fly along a specially designed trajectory, attempting to complete the maximum number of laps by navigating through flags and obstacles. This process develops practical skills that require speed, precision, and coordination.

FPV drone racing fosters analytical and logical thinking, problem-solving, strategic approach, and quick decision-making skills in participants. At the same time, this category contributes to the development of 4C skills—creativity, critical thinking, communication, and collaboration—offering participants the chance to find innovative solutions to real-world engineering and technological challenges.

During the competition, pilots perform high-speed and precision flights along a specially designed trajectory, attempting to complete the maximum number of laps by navigating through obstacles. This process develops engineering skills such as understanding aerodynamics, system optimization, and efficient troubleshooting of technical issues.

The primary objective of the competition is to foster practical knowledge in electronics, flight dynamics, signal transmission, and system calibration. At the same time, this category contributes to the development of 21st-century skills—including creativity, technological literacy, communication, and responsibility—as well as analytical and critical thinking, rapid decision-making, focus, and coordination. Participants gain real-world engineering and piloting experience.
